Everything's coming up berries around here.Last week we snagged 18 pounds of olallieberries at the nearby you-pick farm.
After four batches of jam;

one batch of olallieberry syrup;


(note to self: family members do not like being surprised by unfamiliar floating objects in their evening water glasses);
one batch of berry shortcake (that in my tizzy over the ice cube failure, I forgot to photograph);
several berry smoothies;
one batch of berry ice;
two batches of fruit leather;

half a batch of cute little berry tartlets (a Rachael Ray recipe made on the back of muffin tins);


I can now say . . . Operation Berries: complete.
